Sterilab Services is a specialist diagnostic company dedicated to providing high quality solutions for healthcare professionals. Our products are widely used in the UK-in NHS and private sector hospitals, clinical laboratories, physician’s offices and other healthcare facilities. They can be found in both centralized laboratories and at the point of care. We work with leading international diagnostic companies in four main business areas: urinalysis, infectious disease, sample collection and transport and storage.
Our vision is to be a respected and trusted partner in the provision of diagnostic results – cost effective, accurate and relevant - at the point of need. Empowering clinicians and healthcare workers with the knowledge to diagnose and manage disease.
Sterilab is committed to offer products of leading quality and design - which consistently meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the professionals we serve. This commitment is achieved through listening to our customers, bringing together proven manufacturers and systems to translate customer needs into innovative and reliable diagnostic solutions. We have a strong focus on continuous improvement and maintain an integrated Quality and service Management System (QMS) to deliver on this commitment. All products supplied for clinical use are assessed for compliance with relevant regulatory requirements - such as CE marking according to the IVD directive. We work with manufacturers who are regularly assessed and maintain certification against IS09001 and ISO13485 standards - and whose core values of quality and reliability accord with our own.

Sterilab has established a reputation for exceptional customer care and technical support. Our professional office team are dedicated to provide a hassle free and reliable customer experience, responsive to customer needs. Our well equipped distribution facility provides a next day delivery service on all stocked products. As many of our products are used in the critical care area, we maintain a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) to ensure continuity of supply. Our experienced team utilize their broad based experience to resolve technical issues and provide training and support.
