Workflow
Workflow
- Peel cover off pre-dispensed reagent plate
- Add sample and Proteinase K and IEC
- Load onto NC15-PLUS machine and run
Machine Processes
- Lysis step - sample heated to 60°C
- Washing magnetic beads (3 stages)
- Dries magnetic beads
- Elution Step
Eluted nucleic acids can then be transferred from 6th and 12th columns to microtubes for the next stage of testing.
